Nursery Manager

Gemma manages the Nursery as well as helping with some business aspects as Third Door continues to grow. Having grown up in Devon, she decided it was time for something new and moved up to London with her sister, to take this role. It is the flexibility and Third Door's ability to foster a closer child-parent relationship that makes Gemma most proud of being a part of the team.

After completing her teaching degree, Gemma worked as a practitioner a group of nurseries in Plymouth. It was not long before her hard work and creativity had earned her a role as the area manager to this chain.

While the move to this fast-paced city has been a big change, she has not lost her infectious optimism and colourful outlook which spreads across the Nursery to the children each day.

When not at Third Door, Gemma loves exploring London, especially anything music or rock related!
