Pricing

We have created membership packages to be both flexible and cost-effective.

Membership to Third Door is a flat, one-off joining fee of £50.

Combined Office & Playspace

We have several monthly packages available, where the more you commit to, the cheaper the daily/hourly price. Prices range between £55-£85 a day depending on how many days to commit to.

Additionally, one of our strong points of differentiation is that we also operate on a flexible basis. We understand that you may not always need the same fixed days for childcare or office space so we allocate hours that you can call off. For example, if you commit to one day a week package, you would be entitled to 30 hours a month to use when you need.

Ad-hoc usage is £99 for the day or £20 per hour. Generous discounts are applied to block bookings.

Playspace (nursery) only

Flexibility is key and childcare prices range from £45-£75 a day.

Ad-hoc usage is £90 for the day or £15 per hour. Generous discounts are applied to block bookings.

Office Space only

Ad-hoc usage is £35 per day or £9 per hour. The more time you can commit to, the lower the price. Please talk to us about your needs.

Room hire

We hire out meeting rooms, the entire workspace and nursery areas on evenings and weekends. Please talk to us about your needs.
