Third Door

Workhub Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve tried to answer all our Workhub FAQs here, hope it helps!

What sort of membership packages do you offer?

There are two options: Pay as you go (PAYG) or regular monthly packages.

We offer a PAYG option for those who require ad-hoc usage. If you require our services and facilities on a more regular basis, we recommend our monthly membership packages where the price operates on a sliding scale – the more you commit to, the better the hourly rate.

Pricing starts from £65 a day for both desk space and child care. Please contact us for further information so we can talk you through the available packages.

Do I have to be a parent to work from your Workhub?

Membership is open to professionals who are family friendly. You don’t have to be a parent or use the child care or to become a member and use our workhub; you just need to be able to work remotely and want to work in a shared work space.

Can I pay by the hour?

Yes, you can, the Workhub is very flexible.

How do I join?

Get in touch and we will set up a suitable time for you to come and have a chat and a cuppa to see what we can offer you and what the best membership package will be for you.

How many people can work in your Workhub at any one time?

There are 18 hot desks for coworkers to use.

Is there somewhere to make private calls?

Yes, you can use one of our two phone booths or the two small offices in the Workhub.

How many meeting rooms do you have?

We have one meeting room that comfortably holds up to 10 people sitting around a table, or up to 15 seminar style. We also have two small office spaces suitable for up to two people each, or you can hire the entire Workhub which holds up to 40 people standing.

Can I hire the meeting rooms if I’m not a member of Third Door?

Yes, although you will get a better rate on room hire as a member.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes. It is easy to get into Third Door from the street and we also have disabled access via the lift to the first floor.

What office facilities do you have?

We have printing, photocopying, fax and scanning facilities as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi.

Do you have computers for members to use?

We expect you to bring your own laptop and we have a couple of large screens you can connect it to via a VGA cable. We also have one PC available for use.

Can I bring in my own lunch?

Yes, we have a fridge, toaster and microwave for members to use, as well as snacks and microwaveable lunches. Alternatively, there are nearby shops and a sandwich company who comes by each day with fresh sandwiches and hot soup.

Is there parking?

There is on-street metered parking which is £2.20 per hour for a maximum of four hours in any one space. Alternatively you can use Mobile Phone parking that allows you to only pay for the time you use via your mobile phone. You can also opt to be sent a text message when your parking is about to run out.

What are your opening times?

0800-1800 Monday – Friday. If you would like to find out about using Third Door outside of these times, just let us know.

How can I make my bookings?

Please call reception on 0208 8770098, email or book online via our online booking system.

If you have a question regarding our child care and workspace that hasn’t been answered on the website, please do get in touch and we will be happy to answer it for you.
